Arts & Crafts Vendors | Booth fee: $25 per event

Handmade goods, fine art, jewelry, ceramics, fiber, photography — if you make it, there's a place for you at our concerts. Our audiences are curious, engaged, and love supporting local makers.

Community & Nonprofit Organizations | Booth: No Fee

We reserve space at each concert for community organizations, nonprofits, and service groups to connect with neighbors, share resources, and show up for Berea. This is your opportunity to connect.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If selected, we'll reach out to confirm your dates and collect payment.

  • Payment is for one 12'x12' booth space only.

  • No electricity is provided unless special arrangements are made. Please plan accordingly.

  • Please contact us prior to submitting your application with questions about our vendor standards.​​

  • NO Direct Sales Companies. NO Tobacco/Vape Shops. ​

  • This is a Rain or Shine event. There will be no refunds for any dates you are unable to attend and have paid for.
